In this Blog Post I wanted to discuss with you that which you will need to create success online, and that is:

The Internet Sales Funnel With An Auto Responder

In order to be successful at internet marketing, number 1 is you will need a website of your own and a location to host it.

Think of it this way, that the website is the address of a home that you plan on buying.  And, of course, this is not the way it works, but let’s say first you would buy the address of the home. Let’s say your favorite number is 21 and you want to buy the address 21 well, the address is 21 may not be available on Main Street, but it could be available on Elm Street, or maybe on King Street, etc. So you purchase the address of 21 on Kings Street.

The next thing you need to do is to purchase the land on King Street. You need to purchase a location where you can now build your home where your address will be 21 Elm Street. So after purchasing the land, you now have a location to actually put your address on.

That is the way that an internet website would work.

You go to a vendor such as godaddy  (discount link:  http://godaddy.FindBestAffiliates.com )  to purchase the address, or website URL.

Then you need a place to hold (known as “host”) that address and the information on it. So you go to a hosting service such as Hostgator  (discount link:  http://hostgator.FindBestAffiliates.com )

Just to let you know you can purchase a website from Go Daddy and they can also host it for you.

You can also purchase a website from Hostgator  and  they can host it for you.

But for SEO purposes, search engine optimization, it is best to purchase the URL address from one vendor and do your hosting at a different vendor. More on SEO in a separate video.

So in order to purchase your website address… just like 21 may not have been available on Main Street in the real estate example above, but 21 was available on King Street.

So let’s say your name is James Dean. You may want to register a site address of  JamesDean.com , but it may not be available. Well, GoDaddy will then show you some similar website names that would be available, such as possibly JamesDean0214.com, JamesDean022014.net,etc.

So whatever URL you decide on for your  website address that you purchased from GoDaddy, and have your hosting site plan that you purchased from Hostgator, now you will need HTML code on that website that will capture a visitors email  information.

So you will need to do some HTML coding to put out your offer on your website, then you  need FTP to upload that information to your hosting site on that address and it has to be a compelling enough offer to entice someone to trade you their valid email address for the information that you promise on the other side.

Are you good at sales?  In order to come up with a compelling offer you need to have something that someone wants. This in my opinion is some form of sales. They’re not paying with cash possibly, but they are paying with giving you their valid email address.

Now it’s not just good enough to get their email address. Because if you had a thousand email addresses what are you going to do with them. Are you going to start sending each and every single one of them emails individually from your Gmail account? Gmail only allows you I think about 500 emails per day, and if you did that everyday, I don’t know if that would flag something for Gmail to suspend your account.

So what you want that person to do is you want that person to put their email address into the form that you created from the HTML code on your website that’s hosted on Hostgator, and you want their address to go directly into an automated system that could send out emails in a mass quantity without hitting their spam folder.

And you want to follow all of the CAN-SPAM Act rules for your particular country such as having to provide your address within the email as well as an unsubscribe link or button within each email that you send. If you’re sending to all of these  emails from your Gmail account, hotmail account, or other free mail service, you have a very high likelihood of going straight to that persons spam folder. So what is the purpose of sending out to the 500 people that are on your list if 499 of those emails are going into spam folders and never being read?

The way that you get around this is that when someone enters their email address on to your URL address website, their email address goes directly into your auto responder. An autoresponder is a service whereby you collect email addresses into, this autoresponder is whitelisted amongst many of the email services, in other words it’s a service that is known to not contain emails from spammers. So that the emails that to get sent out, more often than not, do not end up with in someone spam folder.

And the auto responder is just that, it is automatic. It can automatically send out preloaded messages. Or if you write a blog that day, where you create a video that day, or you just want to send out some interesting content that day, you could just go ahead and send it out from your auto-responder to your entire list of one, or thousands of email addresses, in one felt swoop.

They will end up in someone’s inbox, as opposed to their spam folder. I know that so many people a lot of this sounds overwhelming, and daunting. And you know what?… You are correct in that assumption. It is overwhelming. It is daunting. That’s why most people that look to get involved in internet marketing, quit within the first couple of days. And the gurus that are out there, that are making the tens of thousands per week, they just stuck it through, and quite possibly started their business at a time when it was a bit easier.

Or, what they did, it started with a landing page that was provided by an affiliate program. The great thing about using an affiliate program provided landing page, also known as a squeeze page, is that most of the work has already been done for you. What work is that? It is the URL address for a specific website is already created. The site is already hosted on a service that can handle high amounts of traffic. And oftentimes the offer on that particular landing page, or squeeze page, is a very compelling or for, that encourages someone that find that website, to leave their email address.

In other words they find the offer on that affiliate link enticing enough to trade their email address, for the information that’s promised on that landing page.

And the only thing that you have to do at that point, is have an order responder that that email address gets automatically loaded too. And then you just have to write enough follow up emails to keep the prospect interested, and more importantly, to get to know, like, and trust you. It is very rare that an individual that lands on the landing page will make a purchase no matter how small that very first day.

Often times, they must get to know, like, and trust you. So now the next door think task is, how do I write enough compelling emails to get someone to know, like, and trust me.?

Again it comes down to your experience with in internet marketing and or sales. But experience in sales is not even enough often times. You can be a great real estate salesperson, but allows the internet marketer. In real estate you’re selling beautiful homes,.

You can be as ugly as homemade ly soap, but if you’re showing beautiful homes, to enuf people, someone will buy from you. But in internet marketing, you’re getting somebody to know, like, and trust you. So your emails have to be compelling enough to get that done.

Now the other problem, is finding a good affiliate program. Now let’s just say that you do find a fantastic affiliate program. Let’s just say that all of a sudden they found a new discovery that you could take this pill once a day not work out it exactly as much as you’ve always ate the past and you could still lose 10 pounds to 12 pounds per month.

And let’s just say that there’s an  affiliate program that allows you to sell this diet pill for $40 for a one month supply. And for the diet pill that works that good, that would be a great price. You would have lifetime while customers.

But let’s just say that this affiliate program, allows you to make 50 percent commissions on each one of those sales. If you found a hundred customers, times $20 per month for each customer profit, you would be making $2000 per month forever, that these folks would buy those diet pills.

That is fantastic and if you double those customers you could have 4000 per month. How many customers do you need in order to quit your job, to fire your boss, to pay off your home, to get out of debt, to help your parents get out of debt, to pay off your parents home, to get the things done in life that you would like to get done.

You can actually calculate the exact number of customers per month that you would need to accomplish all of your goals. You now have one problem ahead of you though , and that is getting enough people to view your landing page affiliate link.

How do you get people to view your website. There’s probably a billion web sites out there in existence, maybe more I don’t know the exact number. But to find some random link on the internet, is worse than a needle in a haystack.

Your next problem now is traffic. Traffic is getting people to find your website. Now he’s had a whole thing works, you get traffic, to your website, that has a compelling enough offer, that someone leaves their email address, so that you can continue to send them on going emails, so that they can get to know, like and trust you, so that eventually, they will make a purchase from you.

That is a lot of stuff so even with it provided affiliate link to collect email addresses can be a daunting task because now you have to learn traffic generation. And is $20 a month really the price its going to set you free.

When I started internet marketing I went through all of these things, and more. Because I was always the type of person that needed to like know everything from top to bottom inside and out before I self confident enough to present it to someone else.

But little did I know is that everything that contained on the page above that I’ve already written for you so far is pretty much all that you need to know. Now one of the best things that you can do it to that marketing is to build your confidence.

What are the best ways to build confidence is with results. For instance, you start going to the gym and you get on the scale on the third day of it going to the gym and you find out that you actually gained a pound… To me that’s very depressing.

But if you happen to get a glimpse of yourself in the mirror, and your starfish see a shadow of a six pack for me with a used to be just one big belly, all the sudden you get super motivated if you want to get back to the gym.

So often times you have to discipline yourself to do something, but then the results will motivate you enough to get back and do the things that you need to do. So that example now with an Internet Marketing is this, find an affiliate program that provides absolutely true content and benefit to people that are looking to accomplish what you’re offering.

So let’s say your niche is it so that marketing, or MLM, or network marketing, etc. One of the best things that you can provide your target audience is all of the above that I’ve outlined. And in addition to that is providing the types of traffic that they need in order to build a list.
